Your tasks:
- Independently planning, managing and monitoring projects across all project phases
- Coordinating interdisciplinary teams (creative, account, strategy, production and external partners)
- Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines and status reports
- Ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines and quality standards
- Preparing, moderating and following up on internal and external meetings
- Acting as the central point of contact for all project-related topics for teams and clients
- Identifying risks at an early stage and developing appropriate solutions
- Supporting the preparation of estimates, cost calculations and billing
- Documenting projects and maintaining relevant systems and tools
- Continuously optimizing project workflows and internal processes
- Solid understanding of agency and project management processes in a creative agency environment
- Experience in planning, managing and coordinating interdisciplinary projects
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Confident handling of timelines, budgets and resources
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a structured manner
- Confident use of common project management and collaboration tools
- Basic commercial and financial understanding (estimates, costs, billing)
